The Accela online permitting system will receive a major upgrade beginning Thursday evening 3/21/24 and will be unavailable until Monday morning 3/25/24. Some permitting offices may be closed on Friday 3/23/24 as staff perform testing on the upgrades to the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Contact the Permit System Coordinator with any questions at 260.427.5982.

For any non-technical issues, please contact the respective department directly. We accept both Electronic Checks and Credit Card payments online.

This system allows customers to create and submit applications online, pay fees, and track application status.

To use these online services, please register for a free user account by clicking on the Register for an Account link.

Please note: Only licensed Allen County contractors may apply for Building Permits.

You may view some general information without registering for a user account.
